JC’s services would be provided to clients based on the retainer fee system that combines two aspects as follows:
- a staff fee based on the composition of an appropriate team
- a usage fee for the expertise and technical know-how for each service produced and developed by JC that is offered in response to the client’s needs.
Essentially, an annual contract/multiple-year contract renewal is assumed, as the main purpose is to create an independent and self-supporting environment that requires more than a fixed amount of time, including preparing and reorganizing the client’s system of communication activities.
*If an ad-hoc based project support is required, JC will accept it as the retainer fee, which is calculated in the same way as described below.
